New Word: Tipper

Tipper (Adjective version, the noun is a person who leaves tips) is a word that almost explains itself. It refers to problems caused by tipping things. Like, a tipper mess would be when you spilled something. A tipper rocket would be when you tip something that launches the rocket. A tipper person is a person falling over or off of something. Also, you could be a weird kid and threaten someone with: "I'm gonna tipper yo face!" or something equally strange.
