Bug Adventures: Book 3: Al's Escape

Book 3: Al's Escape
Al Ant was pushed into the jail cell with Sam. The police thought that he had done something bad, but he hadn't!
He had to get out, because he didn't belong here, and his family needed him. He looked around to see what could help him get out.
He was in a small room, with a window, a door, 2 beds, and Sam.
He knew that Sam could make great ropes, so he decided to go out of the window.
Al started talking with Sam, about how they could escape. Sam said that he would help make a rope to get out.
While Sam made the rope, Al tried to get the window open.
Because Al was so strong, he just pulled the window out.
It made lots of noise and Gus the guard came to see what was happening.
Sam climbed up and hid the window, and Al pushed the rope below the bed so that it couldn't be seen.
Gus looked around their cell, to make sure they were being good. He didn't see the rope or window, so he left.
Al took the rope out again and threw it out of the window. He and Sam climbed to the bottom on the rope.
On the ground, the bugs ran to the door and outside. Al ran back to his house.
He met his family there, and they had missed him. They knew that he didn't do anything bad.
Later that day, they found the ant that really was bad. He was put in jail instead of Al.
